Video/photographs of you during your arrival and attendance of an event for which we have been hired to record and/or livestream.

  • Directly: We collect personal information which you directly provide to us, including when you provide information through the contact form on our website or when you request our assistance via email or over the telephone.
  • Indirectly: We may collect personal information which you indirectly provide to us while interacting with us, such as when you use our website, in emails, over the telephone and during our delivery of our Services. Note: The very nature of our Services require that we collect videos and/or photographs of those in attendance of the event for which we have been hired to record & livestream.

  • to provide our Services to you, including photographing, filming & livestreaming your event;
  • to contact and communicate with you about our Services;

  • to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have;
  • if you have applied for employment or independent contracting with us; to consider your application; and

Note: We may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the Website and Services. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Website and Services. In order to deliver our Services, we share your personal information with Third parties, some of which are based overseas, which include:

  • Live stream & video sharing platforms such as Vimeo & YouTube (specifically the sharing of photographs and videos). In certain cases, clients may request that we live stream and/or publish video recordings to other platforms such as Facebook; Instagram; TikTok & Zoom.

PLEASE NOTE that where possible we try to keep our livestreams and recordings as unlisted when published on livestream/video platforms with accounts registered to us e.g. Vimeo/YouTube/Zoom. This means they are not publicly searchable and the stream/video recording is only accessible via the web link given. However, this web link can be shared with others and on other websites or social media platforms and thus we cannot control who shares these links, to whom they share them and to what platforms they are shared. We are also unable to control the privacy settings of the platform where they are shared. By sharing a link, you acknowledge that you have consent to do so and that there is consent for those gaining access to the link to use it and share it.

Where our livestreams and recordings are published to livestream/video platforms under accounts that are not registered to/managed/controlled by us, we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any personal information shared to those platforms. Those accounts are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

  • third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, to us, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, web-hosting and server providers, debt collectors, couriers, marketing or advertising providers, accountants and accounting software providers; professional advisors and payment systems operators;
